Cork FAQ's
We love sharing the beauty of cork with our customers. It is 2nd to leather in durability (typically a purse or hat will last 20+ years with care), waterproof, crease proof, easy to clean with water and a bit of vinegar.
We source exclusively from Portugal
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If there are any major defects upon arrival, we will arrange to fix it as soon as possible. Refunds are on a case by case basis. Most pieces are made to order and one-of-a-kind unique.
We send preview of completed piece before shipping.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship via USPS, or UPS upon request with quote. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the item.
